Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
RETURNS
What is our returns policy?
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer any returns on firearms or ammunition.
Do you refund?
We will offer store credit for all approved refunds. RMA is required for all returns.

Special Orders:
All special orders will require a 75% down payment. Any special order items defaulted on will be refunded with store credit only and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do we accept?
We take cash and credit cards, all credit card transaction will incur a 2% charge as all our prices are posted as cash discounted prices.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
We offer store credit only if it is determined the product has a manufacturers defect. We will not offer any warranty or credit on ammunition purchases. Pistols and Rifles will be sent back to the manufacturer for all manufacturer defects. We will assist or handle the return for you.
TRANSFER FEES
What are your transfer fees?
All individual / private transfers of firearms are $40.
All Internet purchase transfers of firearms will be $45
