Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
RETURNS
What is our returns policy?
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer any returns on firearms or ammunition.
Do you offer a refund?
We will offer store credit for all approved refunds.
An RMA is required for all returns.

Special Orders:
All special orders will require a50% down payment. Any special order items defaulted on will not be refunded!

What forms of payments do we accept?
We take cash and credit cards.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Pistols and Rifles will be sent back to the manufacturer for all manufacturer defects. We will assist or handle the return for you. We will also assist with any other defective items through the manufacturer.
TRANSFER FEES
What are your transfer fees?
All in house transfers of firearms are $75 per.
All inbound Internet purchase transfers of firearms will be $85
All outbound tranfers will be $85 plus shipping fees.
NO AMMUNITION TRANSFERS!
